Processing & Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly once payment has cleared. Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

Delayed, Damaged, or Missing Orders

If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be missing, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@littlegreenacorn.com. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue in line with your statutory rights.
